O-CEI participated in a joint webinar organised within the CEI-Sphere framework to highlight how open calls support the transition of Cloud-Edge-IoT (CEI) research from concept to real-world deployment. During the session, the project presented the key outcomes and lessons learned from its first open call, offering guidance to organisations interested in scaling innovative CEI solutions.

The webinar also introduced the running COP-PILOT open call and explored strategic approaches to participation beyond procedural aspects, demonstrating how collaboration across initiatives can enhance impact, visibility, and scalability within the CEI ecosystem.

The event targeted potential applicants, innovators, and stakeholders seeking to expand pilots through European funding opportunities.
