𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗘𝗜-𝗦𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁

On 27 April 2026, the O-CEI project will participate in the open consultation on Industrial Optimisation & Productivity, organised under the Industry pillar of the CEI-Sphere initiative by INSIDE Industry Association.

CEI-Sphere is structured around three spheres: Industry, Energy, and Mobility. Within the Industry sphere, INSIDE is bringing together key stakeholders from Europe’s Cloud-Edge-IoT ecosystem, including participants from large-scale pilots such as O-CEI (Horizon Europe) and COP-PILOT (Horizon Europe).

The consultation aims to explore the challenges and opportunities related to the commercial adoption of Cloud-Edge-IoT (CEI) solutions developed in Europe’s Large-Scale Pilots, with a focus on strengthening the Edge-to-Cloud Continuum (E2CC) and identifying key gaps, barriers, and future priorities for industrial deployment.

Through its participation, O-CEI will contribute insights from its pilot activities and engage with ecosystem stakeholders to support the development of a more open and competitive European CEI landscape.
