HES-SO participated in the conference “European Funding – Opportunities for Companies & Academics Collaborations” that took place at Campus BioTech in Geneva on 21 January 2026.
The conference was designed to inform academia and industry stakeholders about opportunities to participate in Horizon Europe projects under Clusters 4 and 5, as well as other international funding mechanisms.

HE-SO’s presentation focused on sharing institutional experience within the O-CEI project, detailing the establishment of the Swiss Pilot initiative. It illustrated how HES-SO, through its extensive network, successfully orchestrated a comprehensive partnership encompassing technology providers, solution integrators, end users, prosumers, and system operators.

The event brought together approximately 70 participants, with 60% from academia and 40% from industry.
